Nature's Ingredients
The native Black Elderberry has countless uses even though all parts but the flowers and berries are poisonous. The flowerheads can be used in infusions, lightly battered and fried into fritters; the berries are edible after cooking and can be made into jams, cordial, even elderberry wine, and the list goes on.
Sambucus nigra
